Just a big wow to All 4 The Design. Yesterday at 3 o;clock I learned that a design I needed for a publication had been lost by my company. I needed to submit it by 8:00 a.m. this morning. I had worked with Megan before and thought that maybe she could help me with this crisis! She completed it beautifully in the nick of time. You can’t put a price on that! She is awesome!

What do you all design?
All 4 The Design produces a variety of different work in all kinds of formats. These include print, digital, signage and branding just to name a few. We work on logos, brand identities, business cards, business materials, packaging, flyers, invitations, exhibition stands and signage, vehicle graphics, the list goes on and on. Projects can range from a personalized t-shirt or cup to a whole new branding campaign. No job is too small or too big.
I have a jpg document that I need to change, can you edit it?
I get asked this question a lot, unfortunately jpg images are flattened images that are not able to be edited. There are ways around this but most of the time it is not a smart idea. If you do not have the original file or even a pdf of the document, our best bet is to try and recreate the document.
Can you grab my logo off of my website to use in other materials?
Yes, we can use the logo off your website but there are many issues upon using that. First off it is typically sized specifically for web. This means when it is enlarged it will become pixelated and blurry. It will also tend to have a colored background that is on your website. The best solution is to send your original file from whomever created your logo, this would be an ai, eps or sometimes even pdf files are able to be a vector. If you were never given this file or are unable to get ahold of your previous designer, lets recreate your logo so that you have an original vector file!
What is your turnaround time for logos?
Typically I tell my customers about two weeks until completion. Once we have had a meeting and discussed what you are looking for, you will receive first drafts within a week. Then from there it is up to the customer on how fast they give feedback so that the revision process can begin.
I needed my job yesterday, can you help me?
Being in an industry where deadlines drive everything, I am used to being put under pressure with a constant workload. That said, in most instances I can accommodate your rush job depending upon how full the production schedule is. Depending on the scope of the project I might be able to help you, so don’t ever hesitate to ask.
How much do you charge for your services?
There are two options that I give my clients, hourly and a flat-fee. Depending upon the project most clients prefer to have a flat-fee, as they are easy to budget for and do not cause surprises when the invoice arrives. 90% of project at All 4 The Design are flat-fee projects and I will typically give a range for your project so that you are aware of the minimum and maximum for your project. My hourly rate is $65 an hour but when given the option of a flat-fee, you are typically quoted under the hourly rate. All of my clients are equally important, and the pricing structure reflects being able to help each and every one of them.
